I feel Jason Taylor is one of the best Dr. I have ever had. He gives me his undivided attention in all our conversations. He makes me feel like a person instead of just a number. He always addresses my concerns and makes me feel comfortable when discussing my personal health with him. On occasion when I was unable to make an in person visit to the clinic he took the time to make an over the phone visit. I feel he is very thorough in his work and I would and do recommend him to my family and friends if they’re looking for a good caring doctor. My opinion, He has earned a five star rating. * * * * *

The staff are really wonderful and welcoming. The front desk staff are friendly. The medical assistant was lovely. She was gentle and made conversation. And I really connected with the provider Shae so well that she’s going to be my PCP! It’s a great clinic and I’m so happy I found it.

On the first day check-up, the doctor was only typing what they heard from you about your medical family history. They wouldn't do any tests or actual check-up to know your health besides giving you questions. When you make a call appointment with them, make sure to ask about the actual price of your first appointment because you would be shocked after the bill has sent you. Also, the more honest you are about your medical answer, the more price they would charge your bill.

Went here for the first time today and it was so refreshing to actually have someone listen and understand what I was going through. Very helpful today I'm switching and going to be a regular patient. Very helpful and explanatory with my questions about different types of medications and other health issues. This clinic is so bad. I would not recommend. Even though the nurse there are nice, but the front desk is so unbearable slow and unprofessional. I tried calling in to make an appointment and left a voicemail, but it been a week and still haven't got back to me! They would not pick up the phone unless I freaking spam them! I was even on hold over 15 minutes! Save your time and go somewhere.

Within the couple times I have came here, I’ve had horrible experiences with them. The front receptionist people are rude and interrupt you mid sentence. They give out wrong information or information they have no clue about. Their attitudes seem like they don’t even want to be there. This was at least 3 separate times I’ve been here and seen this. I had asked each time I went when I would get results. Front people gave me an estimate date but when I could call or walk in for my results they say a couple weeks? How did it go from a couple days to a couple weeks? They never answer the calls accordingly or have me on hold while it’s barely busy inside.

I made an online appt and was able to get right in as expected. Once in, I wat able to see the physician relatively soon. After an examination, I was sent to get some imaging, and by the early afternoon, we had the results. I was happy with the entire process for both the efficiency of it, but also the thoroughness and the professionalism of it all!

They have been My primary care for 15 years now and I wouldn't change for anything. The doctors are great and the staff threats you with respect and kindness.

Before needing my second COVID-19 vaccination, I had never heard of Columbia Urgent Care Clinic. Now I have had my last three shots administered by them, and it could not have been easier or more pleasant. Each member of the staff, beginning with the delightful receptionist, truly deserves recognition and appreciation. Need I mention the efficiency and professionalism of the doctor who painlessly injected me? It is enjoyable to cross paths with individuals who love their work and excel in customer service. Thank you, staff!

I’ve been going here for years, and this is the first time anybody in the medical field asked me what my pronouns were, my gender identity, if I still use my birth name, and made sure to change my chart so it reflects that and to notify if any other staff incorrectly identified me. 5 stars to PA Dr. Allie for ensuring trans patients are comfortable, and for whoever hired Dr. Allie. This was the best doctor’s visit I’ve ever had and first time I felt seen and understood as a patient!!
