We spent all day being rejected to get a new born passport photo, nobody wants to do it. This place did it not only straight away but happy to do it, they got the perfect shot in 2 minutes. Amazing service.

We tried and failed to get the photographer lady to understand the photo requirements. We showed the website, we explained what was said in the website and still there was limited understanding from her side on how to do a simple 1.5"x1.5" photo. I am not sure if she is too new or just outright bad at her job. Even after explaining 4 times as to how there should be less white space in a 1.5"x1.5" photo, she kept saying- "this is how we do it in custom cuts". Very poor service and extremely expensive for a sub par service! Will NOT recommend this place.

Tried a Fujifilm place by my work but they ran out of photo paper !?!, fedex uses relatively simple setup with no additional lighting, so I found this place online close to where I live and it was really great! Only took 5ish minutes and have a 5 light setup so you will have great lighting. You also get to review your pictures first before they print it. Definitely can recommend and will use for future photo needs!

Great service and very efficient. My photos were completed in minutes and I had the option of hard copies and/ or emailed to me. In addition this business has an amazing florist attached. The owners were lovely!

I needed a Canadian passport photo. They were so helpful and knew exactly what I needed. It was fast and friendly service. Flowers look beautiful too. I highly recommend it. I was in and out in 5 min.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! $38 for passport photos!! If I didn't need them so bad the same day I would've gone to my local CVS the next day. RIP OFF I think. $40 for photos that didn't even look straight. Save your money and go somewhere else. Small shop shares the space with a plant shop. looks very "amateurish". I could've probably done a better job at home if I had a decent printer and some photo paper.

Probably one of the worst and most expensive place to get passport pics. Also, if you take your pictures by yourself and ask them to print them out, they would charge you as if they would have taken the pictures. 15 dollars for 2 pictures, when it costs only 0,39 to print a 4x6 picture elsewhere and you can fit up to 6 pictures in one 4x6 print. Shame, shame , shame. they are also stupid, because they could have taken my money for just the print, but they refused, because of their stupid and silly policy.

This place is great! Got high quality passport pictures taken in no time. Don't waste your time with Duane reed or other places without good lighting where the flash and shadows make you look pasty.

Don’t go if you have to take pictures of a newborn. The lady working there is very unkind, they don’t have the proper tools to take the photo so they complain at you asking to hold the baby in a way that put him/her at serious risk of falling. Of course the baby ends up being extremely nervous and she is so rude that doesn’t even care.

1. Rude staff. 2. The photo provided at the start did not fit the requirements of what was needed. 3. I had to argue with the photographer for 10 minutes on the phone to ask him to re-crop the photo, which took literally 20 seconds to do. 4. $25 is a rip-off for an electronic-only version of the photo
