Every encounter with Columbia Pool & Spa has been a pleasure. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful with any questions or concerns. The atmosphere is nice, and no one is too busy to spend the time needed. I called up to get information on an open box item for warranty registration, and they told me it was already handled. That's customer service! Kudos to all at Columbia Pool & Spa!

Visited every Tub supplier in Columbia and wound up purchasing new Jacuzzi from here. Our sales person, Nick was knowledgeable & informative and continues to support us post sale. Brandon very helpful at install/start-up with user tips & recommendations for us first time Tub owners. Great product (so far, 6 months in) & great buying experience! If you're in the market for a Tub go see these guys!

Bought the Nordic hot tub. Excellent service, the guys that installed it were the best. It's our first hot tub. They were very helpful and answered all my questions.

Columbia Pool and Spa has been handling my pool for the last 6 years since we bought a house with a pool. Chris is always very responsive to my questions or concerns, they keep the pool looking great so I don't have to. Thanks Columbia Pool and Spa!
