Worst customer service ever. One hour of chat produced absolutely zero results. Wanted to establish service; but they, in a language I could not understand, kept on asking me for an account number which did not exist because I had not open an account as of yet...and I won't.

Horrible. Am getting charged 195 dollars for payments that I have already paid. And then tried to call to talk to somone and get it resolved and it would not put me through to anyone. Just kept telling me i have to pay in to continue

Trying to call Comcast locally in Salem. Useless process! Hang ups, wrong extensions, press 0 for an operator and immediately told the extension doesn't answer. Told to press 3 for assistance and get same answer. Take option 1 to enter an extension and all entries go back to same voice mail. Why would anyone want to use Comcast?

We had lots of problems. Our neighbor spliced into our system. They fixed it.
