Worst service ever. Mirna was very very disrespectful to me. She has no respect for anyone, very rude. She literally told me that I’m holding up the line, which there was no one behind me and she also told me I have a lot of work to do but she went back to talking with her co workers. I will never come back to this comerica.
I have a hard time cashing my check here I've been going there on Saturday for over a year now they been tripping theses past few times.some one needs to look into this
My employer has his account here and guarantees no fee check cashing to all employees..has account set up that way. Every time this branch gives me a hard time cashing a check there. Have had them try and tell me they cannot cash a non account holders check .i told them yes you can the account is set up to always cash them. After half an hour they finally cash the check..
I have been apart of my local credit union ever since I can remember, I have been through all the ups and downs you can think of when dealing with investment accounts. One day I walked into this office and had the pleasure to meet/work with Sammy Amine financial advisor which has been extremely outstanding when dealing with my investments. He's very knowledgeable and knows what the heck he's talking about. I will only deal with him from here on out and ONLY recommend him to work with! He takes care of his clients like his own family!
Some of the tellers are rude. ... they Hate taking coins.. I have a business if they don't like taking my coins I'm sure I can find a Better Bank that would be more than Happy to take my money and deal with me. They make you feel like you should not be bringing your money to them because it's too much of a hassle for them to count.. sad really
I have had many unpleasant experiences with where and how my money is being handled. I feel as if all bankers are crooks and they only do what is best for there pockets. SAMMY AMINE, financial advisor, has been the exact opposite of that and truly has explained to me from beginning to start where my money is going and asks me for my opinion as well. He has been very patient waiting for me to comprehend what is going on. I never had ease of mind about what is happening. I can say I trust Sammy and that you cannot put a price on. My money is increasing as we speak! Thank you Sammy!
This place is a joke.Would not deposit a certfied annuity check for me and my father after we have been customers here for 20+ years. Pretty much stood around for 40 min waiting for an answer, then where told no. We went down the street to Huntington where we also have accounts, and where taken care of literally within 3 min. Plan to close our accounts and never deal with this establishment again.
I needed a paper notarized, so i called to ask about it. They said they had a notary until the location closed, and they did notarize forms even for non customers for a fee. However, when I went, they did not want to, they said it was only for their customers.
First time I didn't get my problem solved. Guess I need to go further out. All Comerica are not equal!!! I'm the customer! Never had a problem here before or at any other branch.
Awesome staff, always going out of there way to help me out even when i come last minute right before they close. Professional managers and tellers.
