Can't recommend this hotel. Our first room had a clogged sink. The clerk happily switched our room. 2nd room had 2 TVs, one didn't work the other had a tiny picture improper set up, the HVAC didn't work and the shower handle fell off when turned. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Phone didn't work either. When I complained I was told by staff that they were aware of all these problems. No apology, no further offer to switch room and no discount offered. Very disappointing and definitely not up the Comfort Inn standards.
Pretty decent experience. Breakfast options were very poor. Rooms were clean, little tight on parking in front of the building, check in could be a little bit more. Well lit and inviting.Rooms: 4/5
Found a dirty sock, dirty diaper in another family member's room. The pool is not open and never will be!! Rusty and gross, they should not even advertise having one. Breakfast buffet is a bag you ask for at the window. Staff is very nice and helpful, however. Not their fault this place sucks.Rooms: 2/5
Do NOT waste any money here. This past weekend, myself and 18 others attempted to check in for a youth cheerleading competition. In one of our rooms was a needle, another room had pills, another room had white dust on the desk, another room had blood splattered on the wall, and in another room, there was a pair of dirty work pants just sitting next to the desk. We immediately went down had our money refunded and decided to go to the Best Western right down the road. As we were exiting, there were two women in the stairwell putting needles in their arms.
Great staff. Very pleasant and nice. Convenient place to take a break after a long work day/ week. You can just relax. Rooms: Very nice rooms and very clean as well. Super comfortable beds and bedding. I fell asleep about as soon as I laid down, honestly. I didn't want to leave but duty called.
