Clients are wonderful. The schedueler Alice is pathetic. For her to represent this company she is a joke. Clearly she doesn't care about the employees well being, and hangs up on employees. I tried once again with this company. Alice blew it for me

The scheduling has been very good. Seems like they need to do more training for working with the elderly. Some are very good about jumping right in and doing things, but others just want to sit if not specifically asked to do something. It has been a great help to our mother especially taking her to grocery etc.

Comfort Keepers is a very caring company. The employees are all very professional and passionate about their jobs. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care for my mother.
