We are currently using Comfort Keepers for a second time. My mom needed sitting services about 8 years ago and we were so pleased then that we contacted them again for help. Kelley was so kind, energetic and ready to help us get started. She has been a wonderful resource and contact person to deal with. Vivian, our caregiver, is more like family than a caregiver. We are so appreciative for her and what she contributes to all of our lives. I don't know what we would do without her. we are so happy to have her and thankful for her every day.

I have been completely satisfied with the caregivers from Comfort Keepers. They are very friendly and willing to anything I have needed them to do. I have had them go to the store for me. Heather has also help me practice with my new electric wheelchair my first power chair. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers South Charlotte.

Comfort Keepers is a wonderful place. They provide top quality care to seniors. They do their best to make sure that the care will met your needs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

It has been a relief to know that we have someone to look after my mom and to check in on her to make sure she is OK and that she is getting a good meal and taking her medications. Our caregiver is excellent at letting us know if there is anything worrisome or concerning that needs attention. She has been very helpful with running errands with my mom and accompanying her to her doctors appointments as well. She definitely has genuine compassion and concern for my mom and her well being and takes great care of her.

Comfort keepers provided a respectable and responsible assistant for my mother. She sometimes has multiple appointments in the same day and other errands that needs attention. Comfort keepers came through when others couldn’t. I would highly recommend their service. I didn’t rate 5 stars because there are always areas that can be improved upon.
