WOW! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service as this. I purchased a bed from this company which was to narrow for me. The company took it back and replaced it with a wider model free of charge even though I had used it for a while. I also received three storage boxes to go under the bed which are so useful. The staff were very helpful and friendly A great family business. Thank you.

Graham and Chris came to Holly court and were fantastic. We were able to try the product's and there was no 'hard sell. They provided cream teas, and even made the teas, they were funny but respectful and our tenants would happily welcome them back again.

My friend Margaret bought a armchair and settee, and l bought a bed. We are both very happy with the products. With the company and the delivery men Pat and Matt, couldn't be more helpful. I definitely recommend them.

The demonstration of all Comfort Plus products was done at the over 55 complex where I live, though I gather that they are happy to visit you where you live. A good demonstration of both the chair and bed that I was interested in. I decided on the bed as my old one gave me no support and the chairs are just okay! The first night I struggled as it was so different. From the second night in November 2021 until now I have had comfortable nights sleep. Excellent demonstration, considerate discussion regarding payment, excellent fitting and explanation of how the bed works. This is a family firm and there are not a lot around nowadays, so such service is rare and worth receiving. The chair's next when I have the money!!!

I purchased a king size adjustable bed and mattress last month and I must say after one night, I realised this is exactly what I needed. The personalised mattress is so comfortable and I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day. The moveable functions are excellent, supporting all my mobility requirements as I used to find it very difficult getting out of bed. Best purchase I have ever made and the staff were fantastic particularly the delivery guys Elliot and Jordan very helpful and polite!

I am so pleased with both my reclining chair and also my so lovely bed. They have both made such a huge difference to my every day well being. I bought a lovely recliner chair from Comfort Plus Products . The chair was delivered by two delightful , helpful gentlemen and it was perfect - in every way. I had reason to call on their service team quite early on - and was met with a most professional , reassuring call back without delay.... on a Saturday ! A mere unplugging of a cord had caused the problem and all was sorted with easy advice over the phone . Chair is like new , 2 years on ..... and I would recommend Comfort Plus Products, Customer Services team and a very comfortable interest free ‘ time to pay ‘ facility . Thank you and well done !
