I own ICF Construction, we have used Commercial Container for years. They are the best roll-off dumpster company.

Worst customer service. Manager Jeff was yelling on the phone as I am trying to explain to him what happened with the false information that was given to me by one of their employee. They keep your credit card number and will charge you without informing you.

Chris just yells on the phone for commenting on the fact their containers are not properly kept.

Commercial Container is great! I've used them three times and its always a good experience. They were helpful, prompt and easy to work with at great price! Can't go wrong with these guys!

They have sub par customer service over the phone. Could not give a pick up time on our container, but we'll probably be charged for the weight if any neighbors decide to dump in the container while it waits to be picked up.
