This staff is absolutely ridiculously rude and unprofessional. You can't talk to anyone on the phone. When you go to the office they are too preoccupied cutting up to do their job. You can cancel an appointment two days prior and they still charge you a late fee and then can't get someone on the phone to discuss the bill. My boyfriend has been with Dr. Banache for a long time and he likes him, but with an awful staff it's unbearable and its time for him to change doctors.
Rude staff members. We were looking for a new PCP and we heard nothing but great things about this doctor. We called back in the earlier part of December but was told they didn’t have anything available until January. We waited until January 2nd then called back then staff said we had to do the online forms before an appointment, we couldn’t figure out the website so we called back & they gave it to us . We filled the forms out and called back later that same day to make an appointment but only get told they couldn’t find the forms online then the system was down. Fast forward a week later I get a call & I try and proceed with making an appointment but now they don’t have anything until middle of February!! When I tried to explain to the guy that called me , he hung up in my face!!!! Very rude, & unprofessional staff members. We were looking for a new PCP but unfortunately with staff like that we will not give them our service.
Gavin is very responsive. Our condo in Aiea uses their services, so I reached out to them for my unit. They show up when they say they will and do quality work. Highly recommended.
These men are hardworking, professional and very polite!! They worked on a obstructed pipe under my bathroom and were very efficient with repairing it!!! Highly recommend!!
I made a new patient appointment a couple of weeks in advance. Upon arrival I had to fill out the standard paperwork which took a few minutes. Afterward, I waited maybe fifteen minutes until I was called back to a room. The nurse was very friendly. Dr. Banach is super nice and much more personable than many doctors. I also had some blood drawn. Mary was incredible and very good at her job!
Abbott Heating & Cooling are an amazing company! Guy in the office and is very professional and responsive to any questions and concerns. They have had to fix my appliances several times. John arrived very fast and explained exactly what needed to be done without cutting any corners. I am very grateful to receive exceptional service from an amazing team of people. Thank you Abbott Heating & Cooling!
Joe and the team at Abbott Heating & Cooling did a great job! I called to schedule the repair of my boiler. Joe observed the appropriate face covering and distancing protocols. He also was sure to keep the house very clean. During the work he noticed and corrected all the issues, and gave some excellent advice for preventing future issues. Bravo!!
I am reluctantly writing this review and have mixed feelings about my rating. I'm giving this business three stars as an average. In some ways, I want to give them a one star. In other ways I want to give them five stars. Let me explain. Starting with the 1 star rating. It is sometimes extremely difficult and time consuming to speak to an actual customer service person here. It seems that when you dial their number, you're not actually talking to someone at the business. You're speaking to an answering service. And while they may do a good job of passing on the messages to actual employees, the customer service people respond only when it is time to make a payment. If you owe them money, they will call you. If you need something from them, like an estimate or a copy of an invoice, plan on making several calls, leaving a message, and not getting a response. Secondly, in my case, the initial diagnosis was incomplete hence my need to continue to call for more information. At first the technician diagnosed a leaking compressor and condenser that could not be repaired. While that may have been true, that in no way reflected the problem I was having, which was the system turning itself off after a few minutes of operation. So after almost $8k in repairs, the system still did the same thing. Not a surprise to me, considering that despite any leaks, the system would turn on and work for a few minutes. So after returning to the same problem, the repair tech a different person than the diagnosis tech diagnosed the control board to be faulty. This was probably the problem all along, but it cost me $8k for the initial diagnosis through repairing other components first. It seems this could have been diagnosed at the beginning. To complete the repair, it cost me another almost $4k due to the fact that the board was not available to replace, so the entire furnace had to be replaced. After almost $12k, my system now works. Overall I would be happy with this result, if the initial diagnosis had been that the entire system needed to be replaced and it happened all at once. By piecemealing together a diagnosis, I felt like I was being taken for a ride. Finally, because the way the my home warranty works, I needed to have documentation put together in a way that they would pay for the work. Before getting the work done, it was like pulling teeth to get customer service on the phone to adjust the estimate. The warranty company wanted a detail breakdown of the parts and services they would be completing, instead of the one line item approach with one total costs. Once the paperwork was changed, everything was processed. But if it felt like pulling teeth to get the paperwork before getting the job done, it was like amputating a limb to get paperwork after the job was done. Because I didn't want to wait another 4 weeks going back and forth with the warranty company, I had the 2nd repair done before coverage was approved by the warranty. So I tried to get the paperwork afterwards to submit the claim, and it was almost as frustrating trying to get through to their customer service person, as it was trying to get through to the warranty company; repeated calls, long waits, slow or no responses, etc., always with the go-between of the answering service. It is one of those situations where if you just talk to the actual person, the issue can be resolved in minutes. But by going back and forth between the answering service and the actual person doing the paperwork, it just took days and days. On the 5 star side, great service and support from the technicians doing the work and the guy who gave me his personal number so I could connect him with my warranty company to answer questions. If the administrative side had been as helpful as the technical side, this would have been a 5 star rating all around.
The service technician, Derick was courteous and friendly. The annual service checkup was detailed and I’m pleased with it. Also, thank you for calling me and reminding me that it was the time to do the maintenance. I’m so delighted that I choose Abbott Heating & Cooling. Keep up the noble work.
Derrick and his partner were very professional and understanding. We had them in our home to repair our furnace and set up a new A/C .All my question answered to their best ability and they did a great job together. The new air conditioner is up and is running great. I recommend Abbott Heating & Cooling company to anyone that is looking for a reliable company and workers and products.
