Billing from India sounded just like a debt scam. Very hard to deal with. They agreed to a lower amount, but wont update the online payment portal. Its sad when you just want to pay the bill and its so challenging!

Their billing is terrible. It's in India. You ask for the bill they say they understand, and nothing. Trying for months with no results. All I want is a copy of the bill so I can rurn it into insurance and pay the balance. That's all. Then no one locally will follow up.annoyed and frustrated
