I give 0 stars. Every service I needed from cbh they have denied and offered to pay for services I did not need or want. Like why are these people in behavioral health insurance if they don't give two ***** about their clients need. CBH is making our community SICKER not HEALTHIER. I've been on the street and doing well for myself and they give me the goaround for every housing application I sent. All my trouble following their guideline perfectly for two months and I have gotten nothing but ignorance and attitude in return.

I know that I have “welfare insurance” but I still expect to be watched out for. I was recently looking to get treatment for the second time in 2 years, CBH denied me but will approve people who have been in 10+ times. CBH also denied me a much needed detox even though I definitely needed it, they told me I can just go straight to rehab and I had a seizure, if you have CBH, be careful, they are after money and are willing to sacrifice your life to get it.

Horrible! I've been trying to get help for months now! I need mental help as well,but they tell you in crisis center that if you say you're suicidal they won't help you!! So they keep sending me to one dump after another where no one could care less! No one listens to you,They just talk down to you every chance they get!!! So i tried to get helplast nite.Explained i was on heroin and wanted to detox! I was told i wasn't getting a detox because i said i was suicidal!!!!! All they offered was a23 hour bed!! What is that going to do for me??? Shouldn't you want to detox someone who wants to kill themself even more????!!! The whole system is bull****!!!! Soi find myself back with myself! Alone And every time you try to explain what happened to CBH,they'll just tell you that whatever you're telling them didn't happen,that that doesn't go on at this place orthat!!! We're just preaching to deaf ears!!!! Something needs to be done!! Someone needs to help,God willing!!!! Screaming for help!!!

CBH sucks. No help whatsoever. Just wants to send everyone straight to methadone clinic. Does not respond to phone calls or emails. I don’t even want to give it one star. Thumbs down
