I have been with this credit union since God was a kid. Never had a bad experience. Somebody taught the whole crew how to listen. Very fair in all transactions. Comfortable.

All the time I go here, the training is not acceptable. Sometimes going back inside to get correct amount of funds because lack of communication. Never offering envelope to secure the transaction. Or especially" is there anything else we can do"? I hope the people learn to serve well.

Everytime I go in there I am blessed with the best customer service . The ladies that help me are always so nice and happy. Keep up the good work!

My experience with cccu has been great. Letitia has been super easy to deal with and has helped me with several truck loans over the years. Their vehicle loan rates are the best I have found, 1-2% less than Bellco, and others. Overall I am very satisfied with their services.

Super upset that I got there at 4:57pm and the drivethru was already closed and shut down and I was going to hurry to make it inside and it was already too late. I’m seriously looking for another bank
