Community Group

Ironwood Townhouse Association is poorly managed by Associa Community Group. There's no management basically. Extremely hard to reach someone over the phone. No action from Community Manager Tracie Hardee except closing tickets online without doing anything for months. Couldn't escalate since the office not helpful at all. Run away from this company! UPDATE: I already reached out to the office and nothing has been resolved.

I am a very happy resident and owner of a property in Ridgely Manor in the Farrcroft Sub-Division in Virginia Beach, VA 23455 . I am so happy that I am associated with the Community Group, and have been a loyal resident and owner for the past 18 years I've lived there. When I need information about things going on for my association, I can always depend on Donna Bedoni, and the rest of the staff to inform me of all things going on . Donna is always very pleasant, fun to talk to, professional, and always fair when you have an issue, to always help you in every way to smooth things out. I consider her a good friend .

Amanda Baker is GREAT!!! I have needed to get in touch with her a couple of times. She always gets back to me in a timely manner addressing my concerns each time. Best Property Manager we have ever had in Sommerton!!!

I hope they're not your HOA. If you want to be hounded for a minor discoloration under your gutter, they're your people. If you want them to help with actual HOA issues, which they should help with dog poop left around -- including in bags, parking help, disruptive people who don't even live in the neighborhood... heck, just getting a call back or reply!, etc., then you're out of luck. They'll charge HOA fees, hound you when an "issue", increase the HOA fees, but then ignore you when you actually ask for help.

Terri Mitchell, property manager of Great Neck Grove, was a pleasure to speak with today! She was very informative and prompt in providing the information that I requested. I'm very pleased.

Donna Bodony provides excellent property management service to the Cameron Crossing community. Very professional and polite.

Community Group is a great company to work with. Cortney Dees is one of best! She gets things done. She always emails me back right away when I have any concerns or questions. That is number one in my book and so is she. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about her or her work ethic. Thank you Cortney for all you do.

Community Group is amazing and super helpful, especially for us military clients since our lives can be quite hectic. Paige Fitzpatrick is one of the best people on their staff! She is extremely patient and helpful! She is always super friendly and kind when I call. Truly makes a difference. Thank you Paige and Community Group!
