I wish I could give 10 stars.The CHG representatives that I have had contact with have all been courteous, helpful and friendly. I was able to retain all of my care givers when I transferred to CHG and when I changed over to the Cal MediConnect plan. I have been very happy with the $50 gift card I received every time the CHG Doctor has visited me at home, the unlimited 24 Hour Fitness membership, and the free transportation provided to and from appointments with caregivers (36 yearly). I seldom post reviews but CHG deserves it.

They only have one health provider and that phone never answers. They send you in a loophole to change providers then say they only have that one. When asking questions they hang up on you instead of answering them. Very rude customer service and health provider. They make appointments months away and ask you to pay fees that should be covered with the insurance. Was sent to a location that was very dirty and hidden, in the end the doctor didn't help me for he didn't know what was wrong. Never gave blood results back when they were suppose to and wants me to retake them. They give release forms to other medical places for you to do the appointments there (for example sharp) instead of at their office which isn't covered by my insurance.

I obviously can only speak for myself, but my first interaction was today with Rodolfo and it was one of the best customer experiences I've had in awhile. He was attentive, good-natured, addressed my issue - as well as resolved it - in a timely, professional manner. I felt like he empathized with my problem and took all reasonable measures to address my concerns. It was a very positive experience, indeed.

I am so grateful for this insurance company. I've had little reason to request support but when I have, I've been assisted expeditiously and professionally.
