I just purchased a 7 day weekly bus trip on my smartrip card. It's only supposed to be $15. Sandra Lemus charded me a convenience of $.25. Just go into the mero to purchase the exact fare. Put tgese losers out of work!
Perfect place to go for any transit questions you have. They have the best transaction rate around. Been going there for years. I've never had a pass problem. "Unlike others places".

Rossyn center was cool and easy to get your monthly card recharged.
Why this is here I have no idea. They no longer sell the metro senior cards, you have to go to metro center... annoying. If you ask for help the people who work there point at a computer. My biggest gripe is that if you buy any metro pass there is a service fee.
Guy behind the counter was unbelievably rude. Guy clearly hated his job and life. Wouldn't help me buy a bike share pass. "What makes you think I can do that? Go somewhere else".
Quote "we cant do that here go to metro center." I mean why even be here?
The guy was an absolute tool
