Como Park Apartments

I only moved because I bought a house! - The location can't be beat! Close to so many biking and walking trails around Como Park, the state fair grounds, the conservatory, and Lake Como. It's a short trip to NE Mpls and a lot of local coffee shops on St. Paul's west side. It's a safe and quiet area with so much to do! -Luxer locker system keeps your packages secure and is easy to use. - Maintenance completes work orders quickly and the grounds and buildings are clean. - Gym, tennis court, and pool. - Staff are friendly. They don't unnecessarily come into your apartment once per month for inspections like other apartments I've lived at.

Five stars is not enough to show how much I love living at Como Park Apartments! The amenities are amazing and the staff are all so nice and helpful! I also really appreciate that they have maintenance on site, as they are great about fixing things in a timely manner. I definitely suggest checking out Como Park Apartments!

My sister and I lived at Como Park Apartments for 2 years and were extremely happy during our time there! We only left because I got married and my husband and I moved out of state for new jobs. The price for a 2 bedroom with a very large bonus closet was very reasonable. The buildings are kept clean and the grounds are very well maintained. There is always ample parking either in the lots or on the street. The amenities are fantastic, I regularly used the gym and my sister greatly enjoyed having a garden plot. Maintenance was always completed in a timely manner. Finally, the best part of these apartments was the staff. Tina and Deb in the office were always available for questions/help. They are truly are the best management I've had at an apartment and would highly recommend living there.

My wife and I, together with our 6-month old lived at Como Apartments for a year. The experience here was gorgeous. The apartment is just nearby the Como Park, and we visited the playground and zoo at the park for so many times. The apartment has two swimming pools, a tennis court, a playground, and even a community garden for us to grow a few vegetables. The management and maintenance are also very responsive and warm hearted. It is close to groceries - Target, Trader Joes, Wholefoods, and a few Asian grocery stores. We feel sorry that we had to move to another place, but this is definitely a five-start apartment complex.

Lived here for 2 years, only left because I was moving out of state. Wonderful staff, great location, well-maintained, and affordable. I would highly recommend Como Park Apartments!

I cannot say enough positive things about my four year living experience at Como Park Apartments. The amenities and grounds are great and well kept, staff was always friendly and the apartment location itself is situated perfectly to allow easy access to parks, walking trails and all sorts of restaurants and activities in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. In the rare instance I had a maintenance issue my concern was always fixed in less than 24 hours. The only reason I’m leaving is because I am moving out of the area into a house. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a positive, safe and fun living experience.

This is a great place to live. It's affordable, the apartments are a good size and nicely maintained, and the admin are extremely friendly and helpful. We lived there for a year and have no complaints. The amenities are a nice plus, especially the pool in the summer. Como Park Apartment's policies are fair and the response time to work orders are very quick. Parking was always good and the staff couldn't be better. Never had any issues with crime / the neighborhood. In fact, it's right next to the park, which was such a plus!

My husband, daughter and I lived at Como for about 2 years, we had moved from our house of 27 years so apartment life was gonna be different. I liked the reviews I had read for Como Park and we made it our new “home”. The apartment itself was fine but what we found to be the “best kept secret” is the staff!! Deb and Tina know you by name and are so friendly and go above and beyond to help when needed. The maintence staff are quick to respond and so very friendly!! If your looking for a apartment that’s well kept and with great management Como Park Apartments are worth a look!!

2+ years living here and I have LOVED the ammenities, community, and area. Being able to walk to the State Fair, Zoo, trails, and Como lake have given me so much to do. The staff/management here are wonderful, and are so helpful and caring. The grounds are lovely and maintenance is fast and thorough! I even get a 'happy birthday' door hanging once a year, and some fun community picnics. I think that shows how this place is centered on the renters as individuals. It's been great to be tucked into this quiet nook I the city.

I am quite happy living at Como Park Apartments after being here for almost 7 months. I sold my house and moved from another Minnesota community and had some apprehension about an apartment in the midst of The Cities, but things have gone well with the choice of this apartment. I enjoy the community feel of Como Park Apartments, appreciate the indoor and outdoor pools and workout room, like the sort of oasis feel of the complex and grounds, and very much like the staff who are responsive, friendly, knowledgable, and stay on top of things. The area is super, with great parks, the Como Zoo, the state fairgrounds, and Como Lake nearby. It is close to many amenities and stores, and I like the nearby Roseville library. My apartment is comfortable. I appreciate that I feel safe here.
