Heal faster with cryotherapy. Yes, it is almost 200 degrees below zero farenheit for a couple of minutes to stimulate your parsympathetic nervous system and thicken your blood. The location in highlands has spa like treatments to tighten and firm skin as well as spot treatments to reduce swelling. 1st cryotherapy session was complementary.
This is a first-rate business, with excellent services and an outstanding staff. I had never tried cryo-therapy before, so CryoSpa was my first experience with this unique type of wellness treatment. I was open to being persuaded about any benefits to it, but I also reserved skepticism that it could be more hype than reality. Trying CryoSpa's services left me convinced that this therapy has both immediate and lasting benefits. Their treatments are both invigorating and restorative. It takes a bit of adjustment at first, as the controlled use of super-cooled air on the body can be bracing, for sure. But the body's natural response of heightened circulation from non-invasive, no-contact stimulation of skin surfaces is decidedly positive. I left feeling more relaxed and my skin, especially on my face, has clearly improved since. As far as the staff goes, everyone was welcoming and very friendly, as well as attentive and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the treatments offered. The initial intake process couldn't have been more easy and streamlined, and everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and also valued as a patron and a person. They are great people, all around and I can't recommend this business highly enough.
Initially, I was a bit skeptical, but I can tell you I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I am obsessed with the treatments, the service, the attention to detail and the quality. I had a hip replaced and surgery on my rotator cuff and I know without a doubt that the cryo treatments have helped with my recovery. It's one of those places that feels like family - in a GOOD WAY! It's my daily treat to go and freeze!!! Give them a try - you won't be sorry.
Love how welcoming Lana and Stacey are. They really put my mind at ease with their knowledge and experience. After just one session I was hooked!! Now my husband and 14 year old son signed up and are loving it as well. I feel so pampered and refreshed after each session. They have a whole range of wellness therapies to offer and I hope to try all of them. I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to optimize their health and wellness.
I just love Complete CryoSpa and would recommend it to anyone who is dealing with ongoing pain or who needs to remove a few years OLD LADY LINES! I know you know what I mean ; The treatments make me look and feel AMAZING! The girls are helpful and knowledgeable and always make me feel so welcome and at home. Stacy and Lana are the best. I take my little guy when I get my T-Shock and he sits in the main room. He tells me the place is “Amazing!” When I asked him why he said it’s because they have chargers. I think it’s because he likes to flirt with the girls and drink coffee. Anyhow, they are child friendly. They put little guys in the chamber, great treatment for kiddos.
Great place. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I slipped a disc in my back and whole body cryo has been great. This has become a great part of recovery. I did daily sessions for 10 days and am now doing 3-4 times a week. Highly recommend the team here!
I’ve been going to Complete CryoSpa for a little over a year now for full body treatments, spot treatments on my knee, and their cryofacial. Lana runs a great business. All the therapists are very professional and friendly. I had my ACL reconstructed 6 months ago and the treatments have definitely helped reduce swelling and discomfort after tough physical therapy sessions. I highly recommend!
I am in my 3rd Cryo T treatment to get rid of some difficult to get rid of back fat and I love it! I can already see improvement - my shirts fit better and I have a smoother look where my bra sits. I am thrilled with my results so far! Lana and team are professional and caring, always making me feel comfortable and welcome. I am so glad I decided to take care of myself! Love this place! Lana and Stacy are so welcoming and explain the whole process to make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. 2 minutes of cryotherapy really made me feel energized and I had the best night of sleep! My achy joints are feeling so much better after my second treatment already. I also tried the cryofacials and I was sold! I have done 5 so far and my skin looks brighter, smoother and my fine wrinkles are disappearing. It's amazing how my skin is transforming. They also offer leg compression treatments on recliners where you can relax in front of 2 large TVs with relaxing music in the background...so refreshing to have this in Highlands Ranch. I highly recommend this business to everyone!
Love this place! Lana is the best and her staff is amazing. They are very detailed and thorough, customizing treatments for whatever aliment is in need of care. The space is clean, inviting, and comfortable with personal attention that always makes me feel special. Go see them! And try the T-shock...incredible results!
