My mother needed a wheel chair and Complete Home Media supply got the chair for me. Oreen made me feel like I was a person and not a sales transaction. He is very thoughtful and caring person. I recommend them to all buyers.
I bought a shower chair with tags on it & a leg wexve in plastic. I paid cash & returned them in SIX days with receipt. They will not accept them saying they're bathroom items. The tags are s tillBe wary, they put up a signing a photo frame they font keep on the counter. on , they have not been used.
Called and asked if they had something specific and they said yes. Drove 30 minutes and then they say they sold out of it already…??? Recommended me to another nearby store, went and their store does not exist Alpha Medical where it shows on google maps. And the phone is disconnected so you cant call them for help. Terrible experience
They are an awesome company. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the products I needed. The young man even answered additional questions about other products I needed to order for my family member. I'd HIGHLY recommend this medical supply company.

Wow A+ Service! I broke a wheel on my walker this morning and was driving by and saw this place, THEY ARE AMAZING! The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I just sat down and they grabbed the new wheels, replaced them, rang me up and I was out the door in less than 5 mins. Wonderful business and A+ customer service
Super attentive, very knowledgeable staff. They had the brake part I needed, installed it and then tested and adjusted every part on the walker - all just before closing time. Really great selection of equipment. Support small family owned businesses! The son helped me
Nice Family Run store with husband wife and daughter a nurse! working there. Nice selection of supplies and good service. You may find them working in the back even after they close they may come out an help you! Very challenging business with medicare and medicaid cuts, but they do a good job for you if they take your insurance. And they do take cash and credit cards! Convenient locaiton easy in and out. They do deliveries as well. Ask for owner Zak.
Very friendly staff! The employees here are knowledgeable of all store items and display excellent professionalism during each of my visits. I have witnessed one of the employees even place a walking boot purchased by a new customer. 100% satisfaction
