Dillon was quite professional and complete in marking leaking sprinkler heads. Then coming back and fixing all of them himself. Explained how to set sprinklers and how to change time watered. Reasonable pricing. Will continue using for fall shut off as well as replacements in the future to our older system.
I could not have asked for a better experience that what I got by having my new irrigation system installed and serviced by Complete Irrigation Services, Inc. The customer service, response, install, and maintenance have all been excellent. Bob and the entire team took them time to make sure I had a complete understanding of the system that was quoted, options that were available, and the maintenance that would be required. They answered all my questions, and my yard has never looked better!!!! I would definitely call them again for any irrigation or lighting needs I have! Thank you all so much!!!!
Superior service. I was having trouble blowing out my sprinkler system. I went to their office seeking a part and help. Not only did I get help but the VP, Bob O'Neill, offered to come to my house to help me resolve the issue. Completely unexpected but much appreciated. He is very savvy and friendly. Thanks, again, Bob.
Would not recommend. I had to call them multiple times over 3 weeks to follow-up for a quote/timeframe. Apparently, no one was taking notes on my call because I had to provide them my information, job description, etc. multiple times but finally I was given a date 6 weeks out. Given the weather this year, that was completely understandable. The day arrives to do the job and the technician arrives without the proper materials to perform the job. He blames the office, the office blames him, but no one takes accountability. The technician says he spoke to the office and he gave me date to come back the following week to complete the job. Being it's only another week, I elect to have them complete the whole job at once. The tech leaves, stating the office will call me with a time. After several days, I don't hear from them so I call the day before they are supposed to do the work and the office says they can't do the job this week. Again the office/tech blame eachother. At which point I just cancelled the work. All around a very poor experience.
First time customer and very happy with the service I received. They completed the job and responded on time which another local company failed to do. After weeks of back and forth from another company I reached out to Complete and couldn’t be happier!! I look forward to seeing you all in the future and happy to have a RELIABLE irrigation system company :
Have been working with Stanley and the folks at Complete Irrigation for many years. They have always been there to take care of things when they went wrong. Service has always been timely. Keep up the good work!
