Very helpful. They no longer sell the pre-workout I went there for, but after talking about it he showed me a different brand that I like just as much if not better now.

The staff at Complete Nutrition are amazing. Amanda and Pat are super helpful, friendly, and funny people. They care about your results and help you understand what each supplement in the store does. Their knowledge is on point and most importantly, they are honest people. I love that they are always willing to let you use the InBody Scanner and they get a kick out of your progress as well. Great place to do business at!

Awesome selection of products. Amanda the owner was very friendly and recommended certain products based on what I was trying to do. The only thing I did not like about coming here was buying new clothes because after a couple months of working out and taking the supplements she recommended, I lost 20 pounds and lost 9% body fat.
