I have been going to CSS for 5 months now. The traction and adjustments have been helping my pain, balance, and back strength. I was at a last resort before needing surgery. I’m very thankful to find this option to correct my spinal deformity from an injury. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Shapiro is very confident and skilled at spinal correction.

I’ve been receiving treatment from CSS for almost 4 years. As a lifetime wellness member I’ve seen first hand the benefits of visiting my chiropractor regularly. CSS has allowed me to keep doing the things that I love without the extra pain. At one point I was not able to do aerial without severe lower back pain but I haven’t felt that pain in years. Complete spine solution has changed my life for the better. About a month and a half ago I came to CSS because the chiropractor that I was going to did not have an open till the following day and the pain I was in was unbearable. I google searched trying to find the same-day opening somewhere anywhere and find CSS. Terrence was my first contact at CSS, I believe he heard the urgency in my voice and schedule me for the same day. Thank you so much, Terrence. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. My past experiences would not allow me to. Dr. Shapiro took an x-ray and explained what was going on with my body. I was not aware that chiropractors explain X-rays and I have been to many in two decades from Florida, New York, and Georgia. Besides the chiropractor, I have been to the doctor complaining about my lower and upper back pain and neck pain. The advice from the doctor was you need to lose weight. Instead of losing weight, I gained weight until the last visit I was diagnosed with type two diabetes, repeat you need to lose weight. Fast forward to one and half months from today, Dr. Shapiro, customize a treatment plan for me. Is this a good time to say I was not hopeful for much more than less pain, manageable pain? It was days I show up just because, and once I was there the staff would energize me through the process. Too many names to mention, thank you CSS Staff for getting me through those difficult days. In one and a half months the results: walk twenty thousand steps sometimes more a day, with no pain after. Workout with my trainer with same-day recovery Walking the Stone Mountain trail without stopping and feeling amazing after, in under an hour. The weight loss has been consistent at least 2 pounds minimum a week. The energy I feel compared to before CSS no words. Waking up with no pain, putting on my shoes without getting existed. I have no words; thank you does not do CSS staff justice for the great fullness I feel on a daily. Thanks Coretta P

I realized today that I have "grown" almost two inches since starting in yalls office two months ago. I was 5'4" earlier this year and am now taller than my mom who is 5' 5.5". Crazy how posture can change so much! Since starting coming to the office in August I have been sleeping better, feeling better, and have a new confidence in my body that I havent felt in a long time! Shout out to Dr. Shapiro, Jonathan, and Terrance for their positivity and encouragement it really makes all the difference!

Love Dr Shapiro and the entire staff. I originally went for lower back pain and this is the first chiro I’ve been to that has been able to assist with my upper back pain and posture. Highly recommend!

My back posture has improved noticeably and the back and neck pain and discomfort are no longer part of my everyday life. The staff is terrific! I’ve been coming to CSS for almost 2 years now. My regret is not trying this earlier.
