Computer Repair - Your Computer Guy

I dropped my laptop and the screen completely scrambled. Since it is not that old, I didn't want to pay money to buy a new one. I took it to this repair shop which I found online. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. Their operating hours are very convenient for working customers. They took their time explaining what repairs needed to be done to fix my screen. The rate they quoted me was comparable to what I had researched online. It took a total of two business days for the repairs to be completed and that included a day on waiting for parts to arrive. I was very impressed. It has been two weeks now and my laptop is good as new.

If you ever have a computer problem,these guys are the best!!! They take care of you and do a awesome job. I had to get a screen replaced got to love rambunctious kids. I put it off a little bit knowing it would be a hit but it was only 226 ! It would have been way more expensive somewhere else. The part alone was 125. I couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend!

Chris was super amazing. He was able to resolve my issues in less than 30 minutes. He was very pleasant, took his time to explain and very friendly. I will do my all my repairs here going forward

I called about an issue with my Lenovo computer, and they immediately knew how to fix it. I brought in the computer that day with the extra part and they got working on it the next day. A new issue was ran into, but I was kept up-to-date until the issue was resolved. Although it would have been nice to get an update on my ticket for when my computer was starting to be worked on, I won't hold this against them. I highly recommend taking any of your computer needs here!

I went in with what I thought was a broken GPU and turns out it was only my outlet. They cleaned up everything and made it look super pretty for $100. Staff is super amazing and super friendly so if you need anything I recommend these guys any day of the week.

Wonderful service provided by Chris. Had battery problems that they were able to diagnose and address. Was able to recover my data at an exceptional price. They keep you updated throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend you use them!

I forgot to leave a post, but previously I had a great experience years ago when they replaced a driver for me in a laptop, hence why I returned. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE, now. These "geniuses" sent my hard drive off to a specialty shop to be repaired, which ended up being near $3k for the data recovery. Later upon me declining that service, Your Computer Guy offered an alternative solution, of $900-ish, which is confusing why they wouldn't offer that to begin with, knowing it's the cheaper and equally effective option. The communication was already terrible upon that, causing me to have to follow up on them weekly for over a month. Once my hard drive returned from the 1st data recovery option, they were supposed to have sent my hard drive to the cheaper alternative. These guys called me 2 weeks after my hard drive arrived in their shop to inform me that they are just now sending my hard drive out. A week later, these clowns called me to tell me not only that they didn't send out my hard drive, but they lost it and found camera footage that it was accidentally disposed of. Now how the hell does that happen in a professional, adult work place? This is the epitome of incompetence and negligence. I will never do business with them again and be sure to spread the good word about that.

Absolutely poor customer service! Lost charging cord, and screws that hold laptop together. Told in store HP is not a good product, asked for recommendation and sent me link to another HP!

These guys are Awesome, they got me right and now I'm ready for my tax business this season.
