They said warranty didn't cover, and it was a cosmetic thing related to mistreatment. They wanted to charge over $500 for something that obviously we didn't do and it was due to manufacturing issues. Didn't work for us
They told me to go some where else for better service
ComputerCare was fast, efficient, and super responsive over email even during the COVID-19 pandemic. They were able to get our MacBooks back to like-new condition in no time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Great service and reasonable price!
They are located just off of Scott Blvd, but inside almost a maze of other small office buildings. It took me a few times to find it and granted, I've been there twice!. The service has been great, but what sucks is that they are NOT open on weekends so plan accordingly with your repairs.
They tried to overcharge me for fixing my iphone screen. They told me there was also liquid issue so asked me $326 plus tax. I didn't feel good so double checked at the other repair shop. They didn't say anything about the liquid issue and just repaired my screen at $120. I almost got ripped off!
5 Stars! Replace my iPhone 6s' battery. The process only took 1 hour! Very professional service.
