Concentra - Concord

Staff was very knowledgeable and efficient! The only issue was a bit of manipulation about the COVID-19 vaccine. If I had wanted a vaccine appointment there I would set it up, no need to try to push me to do that!

It was very easy to get in there. I did not have to wait a really long time to get seen , everybody was very polite and courteous and nice they kept me safe , I would recommend anybody to go there. I’d like to thank everyone

I was greeted quickly and with a smile when I entered. They asked me all the right questions to get me going with the paperwork to start and kept me informed on the next step. Everyone I came in contact with were professional and kind. They kept me moving throughout the whole process. And I was on my way in an hour. Thankyou!

Was in for a DOT physical recertification. Liked being able to fill out all the paperwork prior to arriving. Appointment was at 10am and was out of there by 10:40am. It was great at the Concord NH office.

I had two really great visits there the staff is terrific and they do everything like a professional should do their work they are very polite and courteous as well and very friendly to I give them a definite thumbs up Very nice job you guys

I had a great experience and I had a very very nice girl the was very polite and did a superb job on everything she did for me the other staff members were very polite and professional in what they did also this place and the staff were very good with me I would recommend them to anyone Great job

Physical exam was fine, staff was friendly. Biggest problem is that they sent my blood work in with a blank requisition which may cost me lost time on the job. I now have to get off of my ship in the next port to have my blood redrawn and pray this slips through the cracks of the office.

There was one person ahead of me for urinalysis testing, and two others came in after me. The Concentra staff called one of the two people who arrived after me BEFORE I got called to come forward. Otherwise everything was fine.
