Concentra Medical Centers

I really like coming to Concentra Urgent Care. I have been coming their for several years now. You never have a long wait time. The place is very clean. Now with the Pandemic, they are really on point with protecting and the safety on all the clients.

My visit to Concentra Urgent Care was great. They got me in amd out. Good customer service!! I would highly recommend this place!!

Check in was what should be expected. Admins and Dr.'s could use a little more decorum when speaking with patients but cant complain about a free physical.

The staffs were courteous and professional especially the lady at the front desk. They adhere to social distancing and other CDC guidelines. I will highly recommend their services in a heartbeat.

My experience here was very efficient ! In and out within 30 minutes even with running into a little complication. The entire staff was very nice and had good energy to them.

Everything was good accept Mary S in physical therapy. She needs to work on her bedside manner and also stop with personal calls during patient visits. I heard her downward tone and Sarcastic way of talking to patients including myself and it was unsettling. If you hold a professional position act like it.

Pre-employment testing... online questionnaire completed but they were unable to access it so I had to redo it on paper. 1 hour 45 minutes later and I'm still waiting for exam. I had an apt. Range of 8am - 3pm. I arrived at 8:45 am and I'm still waiting.
