Concentra Urgent Care - Downtown Houston

This was my first visit to Concentra. It was super quick and easy and the staff was very friendly. I had to do a drug screening and it was during my lunch hour. I got through the appointment so fast that after I was done, I still had time to drive back to work and still eat. Great job everybody, keep up the great work

I went to this location for a drug test which is required for a job. I was nervous because I have never had to take one before. The staff was nice and helpful when the sample I gave was not enough. They gave me plenty of water to drink and Angelica checked on and encouraged me. She was so sweet. Several of the other staff members were kind and encouraging as well as I sat for almost 2 hours and drinking 3 bottles of water trying to go. Finally, I was able to give a sample but there was another problem. I don't use public toilets without cleaning them and that was a factor earlier. I told the lady hlping me and she allowed me to clean it with soap and water as she supervised. Then she sprayed Lysol and I was ready to go, literally. I am thankful for such a patient staff.

I was greeted very politely by Michelle at the front desk as soon as I walked in. The check in process was easy and quick. Not a long wait for the doctor either. Michelle was by far the best medical staff professional that I have encountered. She escorted me to my room, took my vitals and offered me cold or room temp water. The doctor was thorough but quick! All of the staff I encountered here were amazing and very nice. I will most certainly come back here if I need emergency services again! Michelle needs a raise!!

Don’t let the neighborhood fool you. This Concentra location was safe along with parking and the staff and physician from check-in to check-out had great attitudes and cared about my visit and kept me informed through the whole process. They were genuinely awesome! It was so very pleasant.

I work for the COH, I had to be a Concentra between a certain time. Before I headed out a co worker said the staff at this location wasn’t too pleasant. I prayed en route. I arrived and the entire staff was awesome. Even one of the workers that was leaving out to go on break was pleasant. Keep up the great customer service.

In every encounter with the staff during my visits they were all very pleasant, professional and are genuinely caring individuals.

I went in just to get a vaccine for work. I was in and out of the facility in less then an hour. Everyone was super nice and organized. They made sure I was well taken care of. I definitely recommend coming here.

Friendly staff. Quick and easy appointment. Recommend going in early as they were getting busy soon after open.

My department uses this location for drug testing. The department is required to schedule each employee vis an online site. The department then sends paperwork with the employee to Concentra. Once I arrived I was required to fill out another enrollment form but then a text was sent to me to be filled out. This was all very frustrating and time consuming and seemingly unnecessary.

Quick and friendly service! It’s always good to get in and get out.
