Concord High School

After being an alumni and my mother an alumni and my son an alumni it is very hard to deal with this school and Dr Adam Auerbach's mentality. This man has denied my daughters boyfriend from her senior prom because of a misdemeanor that he receive 3 years ago. And now deny my daughters best friend from going (she is a Senior at another school going to HER prom) because of a "pending charge" that will be dropped when it goes to actual court. This man is trying to be a bad ass and even the County Administrators agree that he is irrational(but say they can't override his decision regarding prom). Individuals change and to him there is NO give. He won't even listen to reason. I will be sad to see my last child graduate but really can't wait for June 9th to get here!!! These kids at Concord High School deserve SO much more than this principal can give them.

I based my ratings on their academic scores year after year. This is a shame. What are the parents doing? School alone cannot make your child excel in life. Charity, as the saying goes, begins at home. You are yours children's best teachers. Do your parts at home and get all the help your children need to make it in life.

the absolute worst school in Cabarrus county. DO NOT COME HERE! The teachers are terrible. We can't even be on our phones in the hallway or have our headphones in. You can't leave the cafeteria even if you're at lunch teachers will force you to stay. The lunch cafeteria people try to scam you out of your money. The school is segregated . Blacks hang with blacks and whites hang with whites and everybody has their own cliques and don't talk out of them. I'm leaving next school year and I couldn't be happier
