Open for coffee service, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, the seasonal menu showcases the best local produce, wild forages and organic, pasture-raised meats from the chef’s favorite farms. The two highly acclaimed chef’s use classic European techniques and skills culminating from years of training throughout Europe and at some of New York City’s most notable restaurants.
