If you are Diabetic and need a CDL Physical for your Hazmat license do not go here. The doctors are great and very nice, but they will not give you a year on your license even when everything looks great. Honestly it was worth it to me to go elsewhere and pay for it myself just so I wouldn't have to go back every 3 months. I went here 3 times and the most they would give me was 6 months (but twice they gave me 3 months) even though my everything was fine. No sugar in urine and reading was way under 100. Doesn't matter. Every time they said they wanted to wait and see until the next physical. Same thing every time. Went elsewhere and BOOM - 1 year just like that. They have no means of checking your A1C either. Other place checked it right then and there. Anyway, the people here are great but they seem to make up their own rules when it comes to CDL physicals.

Great Care --- trying to reach them by phone numbers listed or messages received as a result of dialing the listed phone numbers may lead to much amusement - unless of course you are calling regarding an urgent care medical need.
