Amazing party store in the Heart of Downtown Manhattan, Kansas! Jill and her team do a great job of listening to your ideas and then putting them to life! Customer service with a smile!! My sons Ninja Turtle birthday went off without a hitch!! Thank you Jill for all you do!!

Fantastic store - great variety of party supplies. If the owner does not have it, she will order it. If she cannot order it, she will make it. The owner - Jill Mason goes above and beyond the call of duty. Personable and sincere. This local store will be in business for a long time!

Jill and team at C&C are absolutely AMAZING! They can take all of your Pinterest ideas and dreams and make them a reality; I had the wedding of my dreams thanks to Jill! :) They provide trendy, up-scale service/products with amazing small-town hospitality - i definitely would recommend them for all party/planning needs!
