We have visited Ruach Israel about 8-10 times and we, in at least some ways do not fit the accepted description of "Jewish", but we were welcomed with open arms. We have gotten to know SEVERAL fine, dedicated people who recognize Yeshua (Jesus) as THE highest anointed one of Israel and the entire world. We noticed that some of the other people that commented didn't seem to understand some aspects of the need to preserve Jewish identity, celebration of entire families, and the forming of a community. The Messianic Jewish people have a specific task to accomplish, which to some may appear more like a "club" rather than a place of worship, but this is not the case. We believe 5 stars is just around the corner!

I personally attend a messianic Jewish temple R.I. and I do love it there. I was visiting the temple because I have been wanting to learn more about Judaism as a Christian believer in Jesus. I also feel very strongly that the Christian church today does look down on the Jewish people. I feel as a believer I can learn the Jewish customs the way Yeshua walked. If they believe them or a unsaved Jew wants to learn Yeshua ways then this would be one of temples to learn from. I will go back again in the future and then after seeing how they are then I will give them a five star rating after I see how they are more closely

I have found Ruach Israel to be a unique and rare community, warm and welcoming to non-Jews, while staying true to its own mission and identity as a Jewish synagogue. Its sincerity and devotion to the Messianic vision from an observant Jewish perspective is blazing an exciting new path through millennia of separation and misunderstanding between Judaism and Christianity.

Ruach Israel is a great Congregation! It is very family friendly and overall has a very welcoming community! Shabbat morning services are meaningful encounters with Hashem and Yeshua and the Rabbis are knowledgeable but also super approachable. The food for Oneg is great so stick around to after services. It is one of the best Messianic Jewish Synagogues I have been to. Also they are starting a young adult group in the city called CityRuach, so that is very exciting too.
