Wow! I was visiting a friend today and what a great job cleaning up! The parking lot was being cleaned. Roofers were there doing work. The entire energy of the residents was different! People were smiling. Great job ya'll!

Fred is the worst property manager I have ever encountered. No response to work orders,rude, and all around unprofessional. The apartments are old but they have charm, would be a nice inner city spot if not for the incompetent management staff. When Connie Rose died this place went to hell.

Lived here for while but they never want to fix anything that needs fixing. Had a broken window for over a year now. They discriminate too since the apartment right next to mine got fixed with new windows and everything.
