Decent selection, but depectively overpriced. The cigars were $31, but they wanted $35 at the register... When paying with cash. Why take advantage of your own local customers? Guess they don't really care.

Cigar selection is great and is being build...comfy seats, private setting, and seems to be a good company of patrons.

Very nice shop with a good selection of premium cigars and some accessories nice lounge being a coffee buy a cigar and head upstairs to the comfy clean room large spacious big screen TV very nice bathroom .. spent to wonderfully hrs smoking a nice stick and will return!

The customer service here was excellent and Anthony, who serviced me, double checked on the phone regarding certain questions that I had about some cigar brands and whether or not Conquistador currently supplied them. I walked out having purchased some excellent cigars, several of which I was previously unfamiliar with. A very fine store.

Really nice staff and good selection, however prices are above what I paid in Manhattan. My last 2 trips there I was sold dried out cigars. Perhaps the humidor needs to be serviced.

Staff is great owners great never Had A problem I just read a review that was very disturbing about being African American and having a problem in this cigar lounge. Basically my whole crew is African American and we are never shown anything but respect when we go in To enjoy our cigars
