Conrad New York Downtown

We love this hotel, the rooms are amazing, the food is great and the staff are friendly. A visit during Covid times was a positive experience, as the hotel was very clean and the staff and guests were observing social distancing and mask wearing. The complimentary late check-out was a really nice touch.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent ! My only disappointment was not having a microwave, but that’s just preference. Staff was exceptional and so accommodating. Enjoyed my stay looking to make it my destination hotel when visiting NYC! Carlos and Michael and the Conrad staff really made it a great trip

In a word, perfection. Following every covid protocol and exceeding every service standard. Fabulous stay. Second time staying in this hotel. Comfortable beds/room and top level sheets, bath products, Nespresso, fitness center everything. We will return!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is super friendly. Everyone we came in contact with greeted us despite how late we arrived. The views from the hotel are also breathtaking. 10/10 on all fronts.

the location of this property is fabulous overlooking the Hudson. you can take beautiful walks by the river and great dining options available as well. the World Trade center is 5 mins away and 2 good malls are in walking distance of 3 mins or so. I would recommend highly.

Honestly, the BEST service I've ever experienced, almost to the point where it was too much. They were amazing...everything was pristine in the room I couldn't be more happy. I've stayed in so many amazing 4 and 5 star hotels leaving satisfied, but never overwhelmed with the service. Stay here!!! You won't be disappointed.
