Constant Clean Maid Services

Constant Clean is amazing! I have been with them for over a decade, both out of the Munster office and the Crown Point office. The ladies are always thorough and nice, the house looks good, and we have the best team doing our house now! They are wonderful with my dogs and their cleaning skills are out of this world. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who's looking to have a consistent, reliable service clean their house.

I was WAY overcharged for a deep cleaning that ended up being a basic clean. My house still had cobwebs and dust left in almost every room, baseboards and woodwork in kitchen were not cleaned, even a toilet was left un-cleaned! I called to complain and was told they would send a crew back out to the house to review and go back over what was not completed. They made a list over phone of my complaints. The crew arrived, had no idea what they were there to work on and when my mother in law left not even half hour later, my neighbor advised me that they left right after her. If I wanted a basic clean, it wouldn't have been that bad but I did get charged $170 additional of a basic clean and I have to now finish cleaning the house. The carpet edgings weren't even vacuumed. I had 3 people at my office waiting for my opinions on the work I received, as they were going to call for estimates. They wont be contacting this company now. I would NOT recommend them, unless you want a basic clean at an extreme price rate!
