Very nice people, easy process. Came here all the way from Texas.

This consulate provided us with an incredible experience in obtaining our Shengan visa. They are really pleasant to deal with and patiently answer all of our queries. They disproved the myth that all consulates are difficult to deal with.

Coming from South Africa, we need visas for most western countries so I have visited quite a few in my time, this consulate has to be hands down the best one I have ever been to. The employees here are truly great ambassadors for their country. They treat people with respect, dignity and really care. They were wonderful with our kids and the service most importantly was efficient and fast. Special mention to Tanya who was wonderful.

Thanks to Miss Tanya and the whole consulate, I was able to visit Switzerland and meet my biological father finally! She was so sweet and accommodating! I had a bit of a complicated visa application. My appointment was close to my scheduled departing flight and so I was worried I might not get the visa in time. I called the consulate weeks before to let them know about my situation and they were very helpful and told me what I needed to do. They made it clear that they can’t promise me anything, but they still gave me a chance and some hope. I made sure to gather all the requirements I needed. Come my visa appointment day, I was actually late. Please do not be late for your appointments. It is very, very stressful so always be fully prepared! Atlanta traffic can be pretty crazy. I learned my lesson. Then so I thought I completely messed up my chance and I almost cried in my car on the way. But I got there and Miss Tanya greeted me with a big smile and a kind understanding. She reviewed my documents and thankfully, all of it were good enough. I got the visa soon enough before my flight. It was such a great feeling! Now I am back home and I had thoroughly enjoyed my time there in Switzerland. If not for the good-hearted people of this consulate, I would not have gotten all these wonderful memories I carry now. A big thank you to them! I’ve only been to a few embassies and consulates out there but this one really cares about you. Great service!

Went there for a passport renewal two weeks ago. Couldn't have had a better experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and very competent staff. I showed up early, they took me right away. About 20 minutes later I was out of there with the advice that "you should have your passport in about two weeks". I received my passport today, exactly two weeks and one day later. Outstanding service.

Called to discuss current COVID restrictions on travel to Zurich from Atlanta. As with everything about this beautiful country, the service was perfect. The lady I spoke with was perfectly polite, friendly and informative. Hoping to go to the Jungfrau region for some R&R in August 2021. Fingers crossed!

This was really a delightful and pleasant experience for me. I had to get a Schengen visa for an upcoming business trip in February. The personnel who greeted me was nice,efficient and hospitable all at the same time. I arrived at around 9.55 A.M for 10.15 A.M interview and there was another gentleman in the counter. She inquired about my timing and courteously asked me to wait while she served the other customer. On my turn I was asked to slide all the documents through the window which were quickly validated. Since I had fingerprinting done for my previous Schengen visa we breezed through this process. My visa was approved and I was given the ETA and some useful tips for future application. Overall it took around 5 minutes for the whole process and I felt like I was in a travel agency rather than some consulate. TIP: a Use the check-list for all the documents needed for the application b Email the consulate for any specific clarifications related to the documents.They did respond in my case.

The best consulate staff we have ever met! They smiled at you from the minute you walked in, and left you with a brighter smile when you walked out. All of them were friendly, efficient, and professional! They also respond to phone calls and emails fast and professionally. If you need a visa, this is the place to go. Hands down - simply the best!!

The best embassy staff with great service I've ever known! They assist me over the phone since I'm not able to go there directly. The person that answered my call is very nice and helpful and she even recognized my status right away after I mentioned my name. After my visa got authorized and stamped, they returned my passport right away with confirmation email the stamping process is less than 2 days!. Everything is just very clear and fast!

Had to take a 6:00 a.m. flight out of Miami to Atlanta to get an emergency reentry visa back to Switzerland without a prior appointment, I didn’t know what to expect. By 10:10 I had my visa in hand. So thankful and the staff here is the nicest consulate staff I have ever dealt with, so customer service oriented and so full of smiles. It is definitely very rare for government employees. Thanks a million!
