Dear Chinese Consulate. Since the outbreak, I have not been able to visit my elderly parents, who are both 93 years old, for almost three years. I have been trying every day to make an appointment for an interview, but there is always no space available. I don't know how long this situation will last. I have tried to call but no one answers. I had no choice, so I thought of sending you a letter here. I hope you can see it and give a solution. I want to apply for an expedited visa, my parents' situation is very unstable, one day good and one day bad, I want to go back as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your help!
Anyone looking for print, scan or copy services can go to store nearby called FREEDOM NEWS ONE. They got printing solution…..
The visa department email not responding, phone is not able to connect, appointment online not able to schedule. What the hell is going on? Why you take delivery passport but no response at all? It has been more than 1 months already. Now the M Visa have been more than 2 and half months. The tours company got a bulk visa faster than single apply visa. Was that why taking so long? When I call for the visa status, the lady said only can wait for email response. WTH? I said email never responds since 2 and half months, she said you only can wait for their response. Crazy service. Very disorganized for the Visa department. Please replace whoever in charge for this department. Not functioning at all.
Good experience overall. I was there for visa and make sure you have all the documents ready. Door opens at 9am and if you have everything ready and are in the front part of the line, you’ll be out by 9:10.
Very professional, very quick, very effective work done on my son’s visa application. We appreciate it very much!
The staff was friendly, helpful, well informed, welcoming! We feel that we are back in the warm embrace of the socialist motherland Great location which Times Square is only a 10-minute walk away. Overall feel of place was charming with a variety of Chinese specialized artworks. The food in the it's owned cafeteria is the most authentic Chinese food in NYC. I stay in a lot of hotels in NYC but mission's guest house is the best. I love my motherland.
The service of applying visa is not considerate, the attitude of treating us is indifferent. The Chinese language proficiency of these foreign affairs personnel need to be improved.
Polite, efficient, convenient. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is professional.
Was recommended by NY courts government website to search out the Chinese consulate for a copy of my 88 year old grandmas birth certificate. The representative told me that my grandma needs to find the hospital she was born in China and contact them for a copy lol find the hospital from 1933 at some remote village??? In hopes they have kept an 88 year old record of her birth certificate??? Does anyone else see how useless these people are or is it just me? God why even have a consulate here
You’ll never get an appointment and when you get the appointment, the staff told you to email the request. And you’ll receive no response as I had sent the email request since 06/2022.
