I just bought my bike yesterday from this branch. Ive been biking quite awhile now in several countries in fact. Ive never encountered a store/staff i actually liked. This has been an amazing experience for me from testing-purchasing-fitting.

Dustin and crew were so helpful!! I got to the store right at closing and he took the time to get me tuned up and on my way, in less than 10 minutes!! Really nice team and really helpful, went above and beyond to help me after hours.

Excellent! Had a flat tube, got it changed in less than 20 minutes. Very fari pricing. As a SW resident for 12 years, it is nice to have this type of service within a walking distance. One comment - please add bike water bottles to the items on your shelf. Was looking for one!
