Exceptional experience! Everything was on time and went smoothly. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly! We rented kayaks in conjuncture with shuttle drop off 9 miles up the Contoocook River. They gave us a good safety and training class (maybe 20 minutes prior to taking off). We were dropped off with others but you go at your own pace and in a short while we were alone on the river. We paddled down the river and stopped at various beaches and went swimming. It was a wonderful day and wonderful service. Highly recommended!!

We have our own Kayaks and loved taking them down the river. Before we found out about Contoocook River Canoe Co, the down side was always needing two vehicles to do it one where we put in and one at the other end where we got off the river. When we found out about this company it made things so much easier. now we park at their location and they drive us up to the same drop off point we were using already. it saves us a lot of time and effort and we have never had issues getting a spot on the shuttle, even calling last minute. today is our sixth time riding up with them and would recommend them to anyone but especially people with their own kayaks looking for a good solution to the transportation issue we were having. we use our kayaks more now because they make it so simple.
