You'd be better off asking literally anyone else for assistance than trying to call the Bureau directly. Make sure all your ducks are in a row before you do anything with the Bureau of Conveyances- there is no promising your important matters will be handled efficiently or professionally.
Any government agency charged with vital tasks such as recording the title of our homes who needs two days to return a phone call is clearly under staffed and being incompetently managed. I suggest you find your answers another way as you most certainly will not easily get any help by calling their phone number.
This office never retured any of my several calls for information. The VM says someone will return your call within two business days. Its been nearly two weeks!!! Nothing. If i could rate them lower than one star I would. This is a sad way to do business.
The building closes at 430 but the departments internally close ay different times so call before wasting hours of your time like I did. The staff made at least some attempt to help me understand the process. Without that help u would have rated it a 1 star for wasting my time.
I called and left a message as directed. Randy called me back the very next day. Totally unexpected. He was very patient and I received the information that I needed in regards to my borrowers previous mortgage loan. I would rate them 10 stars if I could
If you have a question not on their recorded announcements apparently you cannot get an immediate answer and cannot speak to a human being. The only option I heard was to leave a detailed message which they [might] return in 2-3 business days. This is a Friday prior to a 3 day state holiday. NOT helpful!
My phone calls were returned by a polite and knowledgeable man, I am pleased with the service I was given.
very helpful!!! completed my title recording in minutes. AMAZING!!!
Lets just say: this department needs to be audited.
