I have two! My safe broke so they got it open and repaired, and then my son lost all his keys, so car was towed to them and they fixed it, both prices were reasonable and everyone was kind and professional. This is an edit as response to the owner--the young man that came to my home in Southern Indiana loved grandfather clocks! He used to clean commercial hood vents. The young woman on the phone with me was so kind and they tried hard to get the car, a Chevy Equinox 2007 completed, but it was a Friday, but I made it clear to begin with, that we weren't in a giant hurry. Also, the main office and shop on Poplar Level is very nice! I hope you see this! There is enough clues to figure out my identity by those to jobs. If I had the receipts handy, I would tell you, but I don't. Thanks again.

We called 4 other locksmiths in Louisville and Cook's was the only company that had the knowledge to service our pharmacy grade safe. Other companies quoted us $1,000+ so get our safe reset and order a key. Cook's did it for less than half that, the same day! Thank you Cody Wilson for the superior service. We will be using Cook's again.

This company is excellent. They were quick to answer the phone, get me in touch with a technician, and they were there in half the time they estimated. I'm deeply impressed with their customer service. They really helped me out in a pinch.

I had a gunsafe with a failed lock. Cody, the safe tech came out within an hour, replaced my lock and showed me how to operate it for a very reasonable price. No one is touching my locks except Cook's
