Cook's Pest Control

So far I’m not impressed. Been trying to get them to get the ants under controls and it takes forever to get someone to come out. Not very good customer service. Edit: they called and said a supervisor was going to come out with the tech and just the tech showed up and spread pelletized control in the pouring rain. Hopefully it worked. They said it was extra to do the whole yard and I asked again how much it was and still have not been told a price. I’ve asked 3 times since we have had them how much and they keep saying they will have someone to give me a price, still no price.

Cook’s has been a great pest control service for our church. They listen to our needs, are dependable and professional.

The technician Marcus arrived on time and was able to assess the situation and provide feedback. He was courteous and professional throughout his time on site. Mr. Rocco has been servicing our Childcare Center since we opened in 2019! He's always very professional and courteous! He's efficient in taking care of any pest issues that may arise. Paid $179 Cash and next day they ran my credit card on file and it was declined and I was told it was fine to pay with Cash. Didn't process payment for a week later. Cooks even called me about the declined card/ payment and wanted money and I told them I had email proof of my payment and they were going to call technician to see where the money was? I never got a call back to apologize or anything. Top it off I've tried several numbers to talk to Corporate Office and I kept getting transferred to one person after another and still have roaches very bad. Called to have them come back out and going to be almost another week. I want my money back. Very poor service.

Customer service was awesome I called they sent inspector within three hours he told me what I needed and he told me the technician would call me the following day to set up a time for my first treatment. He also gave me several contact numbers in case I ever needed them after hours. The technician called the following day and we agreed on 8 am the following day . He arrived 5 minutes early did what he needed to do and was very polite and cordial during the entire visit 24 hour later no pests

We have received excellent service here at Hillside West Apartments. Jeff and Jeremy you rock. I thank you all for working with us here since we gained this property last April. When you call Jeff he comes right on out to find the problem and make sure we are taken care of. Jeremy our technician is great always come on schedule and hardworking.

If I could give less stars I would! Set up for yearly service. I'VE ONLY SPOKE WITH A REP VIA EMAIL! I've signed the service contract and paid the $200 initial service charge on 9-2-20, it's currently 9-20-20 and I still have not spoken with anyone nor has my home been serviced! In short, if your choices were to have bugs, critters, etc. or use Cook's, just keep the bugs..
