We just happened to walk past this place looking for somewhere to kill time before the breweries in the area opened. It’s very nondescript in a strip mall, but the food and drinks are stellar. We ordered a Kyoto Ginger drink that was so delicious and refreshing. My friend said her acai bowl was the best she’s had. Everyone was very happy with their choices except for the green juice but that’s what you get for ordering something healthy.

Best ice cream I've ever had, and I've had a lot! Flavors are spot on with the descriptions, chunks are plentiful and sweetness is balanced just right. Cookies are soft, not dry or crumbly. Perfect consistency, doesn't melt quicky or slide between the cookies, and not too cold for sensitive teeth.

I'm so happy that the girl taking my order recommended the Spicy Garlic Ahi Bowl..... FOR REAL THE BEST POKE BOWL I'VE EVER HAD! Obviously if you don't like garlic this is not the best option for you. But I love garlic and this reminds me of a ramen bowl, and has so much flavor of Japan including cucumber which I usually don't like but hit the spot as far as contrast in flavor. I'm heading back again today to try something different. I'll post the photos.

Pandemic-update: Dine outside in beautiful Kaka'ako on any of several comfy tables seating up to 5 or 6 per table just outside the store. Fresh air, keep an eye on your car, and be compliant with state pandemic guidelines--win-win-win! Yummy!! ---- SUPER CLEAN shop. Healthy options at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Member of 5star app. Beautiful interior. Even available outlets at the bar! Tons of free parking for 2 hours with validation in the Imperial Plaza structure. On-street parking in front also available. Metered parking is a quarter for about 20 minutes. Doing fresh poke bowls with beautiful seasoning and very well cut fish. Extremely good quality for the price. But something for everyone, with cooked chicken bowls, gourmet ice cream, and a very very good cold brew coffee and cold brew tea. Room inside to bring your stroller, and ice cream for the kiddos! Win! Coming here instead of Starbucks for my cold brew! Mom and pop run shop. Open for about a year. Idk why this joint isn't super crowded from open to close, except that there are so many options in the area, and this place is small and family-run. With marketing, these prices would probably skyrocket, so I almost hate to write this...but it is too good a shop not to. Get your poke bowl with all Ahi, all salmon, or a mix of both for the same price! Nobody in town does this! And the fish is GOOD. Get here before the prices go up. Bathrooms available through the Imperial Plaza complex. Ask at front for key. Outdoor seating with umbrellas available. Indoor seating family-style also available. Credit cards accepted. Open Monday through Friday til 6p dinner grab? Healthy? Yes please!. Closed on weekends for now. Will return. Highly recommend.
