Best air conditioning service we have ever had! So responsible and honorable. Evaluated everything carefully and honestly. Communicated service options and everything as he was working to solve our problem. Replaced the capacitor, did a heavy purge on drain lines that were clogged, and I purchased a Care Club Maintenance Agreement to save on twice yearly checkups. The price for all of this was extremely reasonable and there was absolutely no push for me to buy. The offer was polite and clear on service I was purchasing. Our Technician, Marco, is very knowledgeable and caring, as well as professional. I definitely have found our forever service company with Cool Care Heating and A/C. So disappointed. They were recommended to me but I called to price a damper and they want $89 to come look at it. I already know the problem but they wouldn’t even give me a ballpark number.
