Emily has been out 2x to help me with my 11 year old condenser.   She fixed a problem last month.    Her service is amazing and she was just here fixing something small.    Was a no charge fix and I highly recommend her and Cool Max!

STAY AWAY and do not do business with this company! They provided a bad consultation which lead to a 3 times spike in my electric bill without an ounce of care...zero customer service and never even apologized.
