Great park. It's bigger than the other parks in town room to move around have a picnic or whatever you might want to do. Has a couple of large play structures and swings. Leads right to the city pool over a walking bridge
Love this park! A few trails here and there, play structures and swings for kids, some covered areas to have BBQ's and whatnot. Has public bathrooms. Love the shade from all the old growth!!! All the orange, plastic construction fencing is temporarily blocking areas that were damaged by the 2021 freeze, I would imagine.
Cute, dog friendly park with lots of greenery and friendly people. Such beautiful trees as well.
On sunny days this park is nicer in the afternoon because there will be plenty of shade cast by the large trees. Two playgrounds in one area. On playground is a bit smaller for younger kids.
Beautiful park.... well layed out. Visited during the Silverton Arts Festival.....all the tall trees and nearby river made for a perfect festival setting
Really kool little shop, friendly helpful folks. Definitely lots of rocks and stuff. Note it is a very small space, but worth the visit.
Born and raised in Silverton area and I've always loved "the big park". Easy access to the water, many different structures for the kids.
Beautiful, tranquil, refreshing.
Lots of space to run around, have picnics, and let the children play. This park can get crowded, but when your the only one in town that is expected. Lots of shade, however, equipment can get hot on sunny days. It is by Silver Creek with access to swim and life vests if you forgot yours.
