Low Quality products. Very Poor in every single piece. I bought a refrigerator that never worked. They ask $150 just to come and to give a look. They came and I payed CASH, but the refrigerator is still to working. I don't recommend anyone to use this company. Very poor quality!!!!

Omg stay away from these people cheap price cheap unit.... Absolutely garbage and and they never honor the warranty. They say its not our fault ect...ect...ect.

This equipment is not NSF rated and cannot be used in Boston area. This was sold without us knowing and will not do anything about it.

Very cheap quality products,i bought 4 worktop refrigerators,have problems with 3 out of 4 of them,BUYER BEWARE.

Prompt and friendly service. Needed parts included with one year warranty after I provided serial number they were sent out within the same day after a brief correspondance. The selection and low price backed up with a warranty were among the reasons I chose Cooltech. I get compliments on my cheese cooler and display often.
