Horrible horrible horrible... stay away if you value your health...
This place continues to get worst in customer service. They call you in but then you wait for hours on to see the doctor. Totally insensitive and callous people run this place.
Patient beware!!! They will bill you however they like and force you to pay. If you decide to go during a preventive visit don’t answer any questions they ask, it will be held against you.
I've never had to wait passed my scheduled time. There is a Cooper lab and physical therapy next door if needed. Makes things convenient. Nice staff and generally great experience.
2nd appointment where I am waiting over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. Really annoying.
Every time I come here I wait over an hour. They overbook appointment times and waste a patients entire afternoon.
